KOTOR CABLE CAR - ŽIČARA KOTOR LOVĆEN

In accordance with Article 20 of the Law on Personal Data Protection of Žičara "Kotor - Lovćen" DOO Podgorica, having its registered seat at Baku Street No. 140 (hereinafter referred to as "Kotor Cable Car"), we inform the customers of the web shop and our customers about the terms of processing, updating, and deleting their personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Privacy Policy").

As the data controller, Kotor Cable Car acts according to the Law on Personal Data Protection and implements the necessary technical, personnel, and organizational measures to protect your personal data from loss, destruction, unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and misuse.

Please be aware that Kotor Cable Car collects and processes your data to the extent that is necessary for the purchase of tickets. Regarding this, we collect only your e-mail address and process your personal data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection.

The most up-to-date technical, organizational and personnel measures are applied, so that your personal data is confidential, safe and secure. We will keep personal data for as long as it is necessary to process them.

Your personal data collected through the online store are stored on the servers of our reliable providers located in the EU, and access to them is exclusively granted to Kotor Cable Car.

You can use the online store without registering a user account, while you are obliged to provide your email address in order to get your ticket via web shop.

Regarding paying by credit card we inform you that the details regarding the type of card, card number, authorization code, and validity period are not visible to Kotor Cable Car, nor are they collected, processed, or stored by Cable Car. Kotor Cable Car's website only redirects to the Internet Payment Gateway's website, where the payment process occurs. Kotor Cable Car does not process special categories of personal data.

You should be aware that your purchase through the online store is voluntary, and providing your personal data is optional. If you enter your personal data in specific fields, it will be assumed that you consent to their processing. Without providing your personal data, we are not able process your purchase through the online store.

USE OF PERSONAL DATA

If customers provide their email addresses to Kotor Cable Car in order to buy tickets via web shop or to receive certain information, they will only receive the specific information they requested (regarding the purchase of tickets).

Without being limited to the above, email address will also be used to inform customers about promotions, offers, and additional information, and to send questionnaires about customers' satisfaction with services, all to improve the quality of both the service itself and the web shop. 

Kotor Cable Car guarantees the utmost care in handling all personal information provided by customers and will only use it to fulfill contracts, comply with legal obligations, or for purposes explicitly consented to by the customer. Any additional use of personal data beyond the stated purposes will be communicated to the customer, providing them the option to refuse.

CUSTOMER IDENTIFICATION

All communications between Kotor Cable Car and customers are treated as strictly confidential. Any personal information collected during these communications will be securely stored and used solely for complying with legal obligations, or for purposes explicitly consented to by the customer. The identity of customers will only be disclosed when legally required or with the customer's consent.

RIGHT TO ACCESS PERSONAL INFORMATION

Upon request, Kotor Cable Car will grant customers access to available information, including financial details (e.g., credit card information), transaction data (e.g., payment history, service details), communication records (e.g., emails, inquiries), contact information (e.g., name, address), and other relevant details. Customers can correct any inaccuracies in this information by emailing Kotor Cable Car at customerservice@kotorcablecar.me.

We hereby inform you that you have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time, by sending an mail to the address customerservice@kotorcablecar.me.
If you revoke your consent, this will not affect the admissibility of the processing that was carried out on the basis of your consent before your revocation. 

After revoking consent, your data will be permanently destroyed or anonymized.

COMMUNICATION PRIVACY

Kotor Cable Car values their customers' privacy and treats all communication as strictly confidential. All collected data is handled with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

Request for the protection of rights/complaint: If any customer believes that his privacy has been violated and that he has a basis for filing a complaint or doubts, he can do so by emailing customerservice@kotorcablecar.me.

These Privacy Policy terms came into effect on the day of activating the web shop.

Notwithstanding the foregoing Kotor Cable Car reserves the right to amend them at any time without prior notice. The amended Privacy Policy terms apply from the publication date on the website.

For the avoidance of any doubt, we state that Žičara Kotor Lovćen - Kotor Cable Car does not have a designated data protection officer, considering that we do not carry out regular and systematic monitoring of the data subjects on a large scale, nor do our core activities consist of processing special categories of personal data. In case of any change, customers will be notified about it in a promptly manner.
